Hi, I’m Rob Harvey, and I’m standing for election to the Masterton District Council General Ward.
Masterton has been my home for many years — it’s where I’ve raised my four children and where I run a small local business. This community means a lot to me, and I want to play a bigger role in shaping its future.
I’m not coming into this with all the answers — and I think that’s a good thing. I believe good leadership starts with listening. I want to hear from you — the people who live, work, and raise families here — about what matters most for Masterton.
Whether it’s improving local services, supporting small businesses, creating more opportunities for young people, or protecting what makes Masterton special, I’m committed to being approachable, open, and honest in representing our community.
